KST Principal – Mark Norridge
Mark is KST Principal and the Theology and Transforming Mission Track Leader. He studied Automotive Engineering and after completing PGCE teacher training, worked at Rolls Royce Aero Engines. He took a career break to study Theology at King’s Bible College and moved on to plant a church in Northampton, working bi-vocationally as an IT consultant and pastor. Mark is currently studying for a MTh in Contextual Theology at All Nations Christian College.
Mark is passionate about the Church engaging missionally in the world, seeing transformation for individuals, communities and society as a whole. He believes that good theological training is the energy for the missional Church. Mark and his wife have 3 grown-up boys and one daughter-in-law who are a genuine joy!
Vice Principal – Lizzie Hollow
Lizzie is the KST Vice Principal, and is employed 2 days per week by KST. She has worked for the college since 2009, when it offered a full-time course based in Oxford and was known as ‘King’s Bible College and Training Centre’. Lizzie holds a BA (Hons) in Theology from the University of Oxford and a MA in Theology and Christian Education from King’s College London.
Lizzie manages the day-to-day life of KST, runs the KST Short Courses and occasionally teaches. Her main subject interests include Trinitarian theology and Practical Theology. She is married to Dave and is mum to three young children. Together they are part of a small community church in a multi-cultural and vibrant part of North West London.
Academic Dean – Ruth Norris
Ruth is KST Academic Dean and the Theology & Biblical Studies Track Leader. Her key responsibilities are to set and manage assignments, shape the curriculum and generally make sure that every student gets as much out of their KST experience as possible. Ruth is currently completing a PhD in Biblical Studies at the University of Cambridge. She holds a Master’s degree from Regent College Vancouver. Prior to this she was a secondary school music teacher, and schools outreach leader, evangelism trainer and ministry team worker for Basingstoke Community Churches. Ruth served as part of the Salt & Light national evangelism council and worked evangelistically both locally and in Sweden.
Operations Manager – Maria Skoyles
Maria is the KST Operations Manager, working 12 hours a week to help facilitate the smooth running of our teaching weekends and the general student experience. Outside of KST, Maria is the CEO of a small Christian charity called The Dorcas Dress Project, working to support people out of situations of poverty using a creative dressmaking enterprise tool. Maria is currently studying towards an MA in Theology and Pioneer Mission with CMS. She is married to Richard and has two adult children; she worships in her local village church in Oxfordshire.
